Today (June 7, 2021), I used the Listening App for a full 34 minutes, but strangely enough, I didn't get the 5 points I was supposed to get for listening to the book nor did I miss out on the 10 points I was supposed to get for using the app. What's going on here?
The system will occasionally have a little temper, after all, it is just a machine. People get colds and fevers, and it's not unusual for the system to have a few bugs. Don't get too upset if you don't have points.
