I've been in the unit for a number of years now and time has passed.
Ever since I made the switch to becoming a teacher a few years ago, I've realized that I'm on my own in everything I do every day.
Whether it's class, dinner, or a weekend outing, it's always alone.
I've never met any coworkers that I could get particularly close to, and I feel a little lonely.
The faculty was originally just me and another teacher, and then a new one was added.
The two of them are now especially close and are active together every day.

I, on the other hand, am always alone no matter what I do.
The heart always feels bad and a little lost.
I don't know how to change this situation? I hope the counselor can give me some guidance, thanks!
Hi, thank you for your question and trust!
From your description, I can relate to your loneliness in the workplace. A sincere hug to you first!
Here are a couple of questions you can answer for me, or think for yourself first:
You said there were two people in the faculty before, how did you get along with the other teacher then? Did you feel as alone then as you do now?
Has this feeling of loneliness occurred in past stages of your life? If so, when was the earliest? What was it like?
What efforts have you made so far to improve the status quo?
What is your ideal workplace relationship like? Is there such a person in your current organization? If so, how does he build such relationships? Can you learn from him? Are you willing to try?
I'm Counselor Lotte and I wish you all the best in finding your own way!
